Diorita S.L. is a prestigious firm, operating since 1993, subject to Spanish regulations on electronic commerce and, subsidiarily to community regulations.
The online purchase is made through the “shopping cart” by filling in the appropriate form, where both, the prices of the items , the shipping as well as the final prices are visible. The shipment, as well as its tracking, is carried out by postal registered mail and through recognized couriers.
The name and eh tracking method of your order is always included in the confirmation email that we send you.
You can also buy online by choosing any of our articles and ordering them by mail to diorita@diorita.es or through the form that appears in CONTACT.
In this case, do not forget to confirm the name of the item or items you want. We will answer your email with the exact budget for confirmation and subsequent shipment, if applicable.
SECURITY GUARANTEE IN DATA PROTECTION
Payment is made through secure gateways: either by PayPal or Bank Gateways (Redsys) The data requested is protected by current data protection regulations.

The team of certified gemologists at Diorita s.l. guarantees the quality of our products. The materials we use to make our jewelry are:

-Natural, precious or semi-precious stones and gems set in noble metals. -Occasionally we use other materials such as gold and other metals, wood, mother-of-pearl, etc., when creatively justified.
EXCLUSIVITY GUARANTEE
Diorita s.l. designs its own jewels, so, as its owner, it guarantees that its designs maintain very limited series, and almost half of its production corresponds to unique pieces, totally handmade or finished by hand.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE GUARANTEE
Products purchased on the web have a guarantee of exchange or return, except those subject to the exception regime. (See section below “Exchange and return policies”).
PURCHASE CONDITIONS
PURCHASE, PAYMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER
The purchase is made through the shopping cart. The “basket” allows the visualization of the prices of the articles (in Euros and in Retail prices), calculates the shipping prices and final prices, as well as the necessary form to complete the purchase, its acceptance and shipment. The procedure established for the purchase, through “the basket”, generates an e-mail to the address stipulated by you in the form. This email is the acceptance of your order. The data that appears in it are those corresponding to the completion of your form so, if there is an error in the data, you must notify us in order to generate the shipment correctly.
If this is not the case, the e-mail mentioned above is the confirmation that the data corresponds to your purchase and the shipping address.

SHIPPING
Our shipments are made by Certified Mail, or by Express Couriers depending on the method chosen by you when placing the order.
The item is shipped when the payment is confirmed.
At that time we will send you a confirmation email of the shipment with the transport company used and the reference number of its tracking will always appear so that you can do it, if you wish.
The invoice will be sent by email, once the payment and shipment of the order is made.

DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery dates must be calculated in business days, taking into account the preparation time of the order and the transport time to its destination.
Once your order has been confirmed, as explained in the previous line, we will proceed to the shipment. If it is not on the same day, it will be the next, taking into account that orders placed after 4:00 p.m. and those after 1:00 p.m. on Friday, Saturdays and Sundays, as well as those made on local or national holidays, will be prepared for shipment on the next business day.
TRANSPORTATION DEADLINES.
Deadlines correspond to the averages in general use for registered letters or couriers and calculated on working days and dispatched before 4:00 p.m.
All these averages do not include customs procedures in those countries that request it.
They are still held, or parties of all kinds, as well as events out of control such as force majeure, lack of exercise, omission or accident that are beyond our reasonable control that, without being exhaustive, are explained here by way of example:
– Employer strikes, closures or other protest measures
– Civil commotion of any kind (invasion, terrorist threat, social, etc. -Impossibility of using public or private transport.
– Fires, explosions, storms, earthquakes, cataclysms or other natural disasters. -Governmental or public authority regulations or restrictions.
In any case, and for the aforementioned, the shipping times must be interpreted as indicative and, although Diorita.s l. is ratified in its commitment to comply with them, this does not imply an express obligation of compliance by Diorita S.l.
EXTRA CHARGES?
Some additional services may have an extra cost:
1 -. Shipping insurance: (optional) Covers the total price of the order in case of damage or loss due to transport. It has a surcharge of 1.25% of the PVP of the order. Minimum € 6.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES: EXCHANGES:
The exchange of an item may be made for another item of equal or higher price by paying the difference in price.
In case of exchange for an item of lesser value Diorita S.l. will provide a voucher valid for new purchases, either on the Web or in any of its stores. The voucher will expire for three months from the date it is issued.
How can I exchange ?
FREE! Changes through our STORES in Madrid:
Take directly the parts to be changed along with the proof of purchase to any of our stores within a maximum period of 15 days from the receipt of the order.
Once you have verified that the item (s) are in perfect original condition (1), you can choose other designs for which to make the change or, if you prefer, get your gift card for the equivalent amount to use in future purchases.

We will send a carrier to collect the items to be exchanged at the address you indicate to take them to our Customer Service center. (2)
Once we have verified that the items are in perfect original condition (1), we will send you a GIFT CARD code with the amount corresponding to the returned objects that you can use for future purchases both at prismalia.diorita.com and in our physical stores in Madrid.
The shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

RETURNS:
Returns are made for other items or through a Gift Card.
Returns are only allowed in case of tare or defective item originated prior to purchase by the customer.
It is essential to attach the original proof of purchase and payment.

If the return is to be made from a location within mainland Spain, we will send a carrier to the address you indicate to pick up the item to be returned and take it to our Customer Service center. In the event that the return is to be made from a location outside mainland Spain, the customer will have to send us said item to be returned, to the address of our offices:

It must be accompanied by the original packaging, certificates and / or any material that was associated with it when buying it, making sure to send it by recognized courier in order to eliminate potential delays or difficulties. Diorita has tno responsibility in this shipment.
Exchanges or returns of items with postage due will not be accepted.
Once we have verified that the item is in perfect original condition (1) and we confirm that the defect has not been caused by causes beyond Diorita’s control, and that therefore it already existed prior to its sale, Diorita will proceed to refund the amount of the item and Shipping costs by bank transfer only in the case that it has not been possible to replace the product with an equal one.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN GUARANTEE:
Exchanges or returns will not be accepted on items damaged by improper treatment or accidents, etc. nor in engraved, personalized or made on demand.
As a reminder of these guarantees, the return or exchange guarantees are again included with the invoice sent to you by email.
INCIDENTS, CLAIMS, COMPETENCES AND DISAGREEMENTS
Our Customer Service department will be delighted to be able to solve your complaints or incidents that you can also send us by e-mail or letter.
Notwithstanding our interest and willingness, for any litigation that may arise, only the competence of the Spanish Courts dealing with commercial litigation is recognized, regardless of the origin or destination of the shipments
